Three different options to make you uniquely special and focus on the self care that you need! Do you need some special support, but are not yet ready to commit to a long term plan? This Bundle is created especially for you! We'll take a deep dive into your top 3 health complaints. We'll determine what is causing your symptoms and create a plan to resolve them. We'll focus on what you need as an individual to meet your health goals. We'll meet two more times to keep you on track. Once we've completed your health history session and determined your goals, Most people know what to do, but they have trouble following a plan. So accountability is very important in managing and achieving health goals. These sessions include detailed preparation and follow up notes on you individualized progress plan. May include labwork review, lifestyle, education, nutrition, and supplement suggestions. Consult is 90 minutes. Plus Two 50 minute coaching sessions. Price includes all of the services listed above.
